  • Loss of Existing IT Support: McKenzie Credit was initially relied on a parent company for their IT support. With a partial sell of their parent company, McKenzie lost this crucial service.

  • Physical Server: They had a shared server on their parent company’s hardware. The sale necessitated splitting these resources, leaving McKenzie without a clear path forward.

  • Remote Work: With the pandemic in full swing, their team was working remotely, complicating the situation even further. There were questions about where to house a new server—if at all.
